  Been a customer of AT&T for more than 20 years.... sales rep talked me into changing from Comcast to Uverse to save $$ and that's when the nightmare started!!!!!
  Installer was extremely unprofessional, stupid and a total idiot! Broke Christmas ornaments in my crawl space and used a drill through the floor in my husbands office (why couldn't he just use the same hole the Comcast cable went through?!?!?!) and caught the Berber carpet and completely ruined the carpeting under the desk. THEN!!! told us he couldn't finish install (some lame excuse) and would be back in three days!
  Went back to the same sales person at the store to complain and cancel service and was PROMISED ALL SERVICES WERE CANCELLED only to find out three months later the "DirectTVNow" was still charging my credit card for services I wasn't receiving!!!!
  What is it these days about customer service and giving a damn about the customer experience?!?!?!
  Just ridiculous......
